1 — About Cadaz
The Estate Agent Communication Workbench is a digital product sold by Cadaz Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By purchasing from cadaz.co.uk you agree to these terms.
2 — The Product
The Estate Agent Communication Workbench is a digital PDF download containing 88 professionally written scripts across 12 workstations. It is delivered electronically after purchase. No physical product will be posted to you.
3 — Licence
When you purchase the workbench you receive a personal non-transferable licence to use it for your own professional purposes. This licence permits one individual user only.
You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, or reproduce the workbench or any part of it without the prior written consent of Cadaz Limited.

4 — Delivery
Your download link will be delivered by email within minutes of purchase. If you do not receive it within five minutes please check your spam folder. If you experience any difficulty contact hello@cadaz.co.uk and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
5 — Refund Policy
We offer a seven day money back guarantee. If the workbench has not saved you at least three hours of writing time within seven days of purchase contact hello@cadaz.co.uk for a full refund. We will process it the same day. No lengthy process. No awkward questions.
After seven days from the date of purchase we are unable to offer refunds.
6 — Intellectual Property
All content in the Estate Agent Communication Workbench is the intellectual property of Cadaz Limited and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any part of the workbench is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law Cadaz Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this product.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of this product or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Cadaz Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at cadaz.co.uk. Your continued use of our products after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
