Digital Delivery Policy

The Estate Agent Communication Workbench is a digital product delivered instantly by email after purchase.

After completing your order you will receive an email containing your download link within minutes. The email is sent automatically from Sky Pilot — our digital delivery system. If you do not see it within five minutes please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Your download link gives you access to two PDF files. The main workbench and the Script Navigator companion document. Both files are yours to keep permanently on any device. There is no expiry on your download link.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your download contact hello@cadaz.co.uk and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

There is no physical product associated with this purchase. Nothing will be posted to you.
